• Original programming and productions
• Platform design, interface, and user experience
• Streaming technology and applications
• Event coverage and recordings
• Graphics, thumbnails, and promotional materials

Mydream Global trademarks include: MydreamTVUSA, Mydream Entertainment, Mydream New York Fashion Week, Riwaayat Fashion Week, Miss Bharat USA, Mrs Universe USA, Miss South Asia Universe, and all related brands.

Unauthorized use of any intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• MydreamTVUSA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free streaming
• We are not liable for content quality issues due to your internet connection
• Our total liability shall not exceed your subscription fees for the past 12 months
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Third-party content is the responsibility of its creators

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of certain warranties or damages, so some limitations may not apply to you.
